5 Margarator Recipes

Published On: Thursday, October 9, 2008

With your new frozen drink machine, the possibilities of what you can create are endless. While we will provide you with some basic Margarator recipes to get started, on your quest for the perfect frosty drink, donít hesitate to experiment! Remember that you can always adjust the ingredients to your liking. Add a variety of different flavored syrups and liqueurs. Try using different types of flavors of alcohol. Grab a few different types of drink mixes from the grocery store. Throw in different types of fresh fruit. Most of all, have fun!

5 Margarator Recipes

To make the following Margarator recipes, add about three pounds of ice to the margarita machine, though make sure it does not go past the machineís fill line. You should then add the rest of the listed ingredients. Once all of the ingredients are in, close the lid of the machine and secure it shut. Turn on the power switch and let the gadget do its magic.

Remember, in general, three shots of margarita mix and one shot of tequila is generally ideal for a Margarator recipe, so you can increase proportions based on how much you want to make. If you like strong margaritas, add a little more; if you like them weaker, cut back a bit. Remember, you can always make virgin Margarator recipes; just leave out the tequila! If you are worried about making the drink too strong, start off with a smaller amount of tequila. Make the drinks and then have a taste. If it is too weak, then you can add some more alcohol to the machine and give it a good stir. Itís better to start off with less than with too much.

Also, if you stray from the basic recipes and do begin experimenting, be sure to write down exactly what you are putting into the machine and how much of each ingredient. While it may make it feel a little less spontaneous and experimental, if you make a drink that is irresistible, wonít you want to remember exactly how to replicate it? Keep track of your Margarator recipe so you can keep on enjoying that drink in the future once you hit the jackpot!
